I tore my calf muscle at the end of July . It was exactly the same injury I had 5 years ago but on the other leg. That time, with no treatment, I was 'off games' for two months. This time I decided to do something about it and sought treatment from Tina Watson at The Therapy Room in Pewsey. I knew she looked after the Pewsey Rugby Club, so would be good with sports injuries.

Just two sessions of 'deep massage' from Tina made the world of difference and I was running around like normal after just two weeks.
